Cuisine
Exciting & Exhilarating
We turn Michael‘s tradition-conscious yet open-minded spirit into a culinary experience that will pleasantly overwhelm your palate.
Rustic South Tyrolean meals merge with savoury Italian gusto and an international multitude of exotic flavours.
Wine
Stories in a Bottle
Also, our selection of wines is South Tyrolean, Italian and exotic, and served in the Löwengrube at the table, during tastings, or at a gregarious aperitivo.
Our sommelier welcomes you to our medieval wine cellar (~ 1280 AD), passes you the glass from behind our stylishly arranged wine bar, or serves international wine culture in our trendy lounge.
Architecture
Harmony Beyond the Epochs
You will take this journey across the world of sense in our spaces arranged in a new interpretation of South Tyrolean history.
Contemporary architectural nuances, accompanied by 20th-century design elements, merge smoothly with the medieval main structure of the oldest restaurant in Bolzano and form a boundary-crossing composition of the epochs. You dine in an originally preserved neo-Gothic-style "Stube" with an art nouveau cockle stove as an aesthetic highlight.
